Ahare (meaning Dinner in Bengali) is a sharp, intimate social satire set in the quiet luxury of a post-lockdown evening. Two couples meet for a lavish dinner, exchanging fine wine, gourmet dishes, and easy laughter. Between bites, their conversation drifts to the plight of the poor and the hardships faced by millions during the pandemic.
